How do I make a booking?

Fill out the booking form online and submit to us, or call 24 hours control centre.

What are your opening hours?
|

24 hours a day, 7days a week.

I am arriving in Heathrow Airport next Tuesday. Do I have to make a booking or can I call you on arrival?

Without booking, you will have to wait at least 30 minutes at the airport.
With a booking there will be a driver waiting for you with a board that has got your name on it.

What is a VAT? Is it included in the price?

VAT is a value added tax and it is included.

|

What kind of a car do you have?

We have standard taxi cabs, Saloon (Sedan), Estate (Station Wagon), MPV People Carriers (Minivan) for up to 8 passengers, and also VIP cars.

How can I recognize my driver?

The driver will have your name on a board and will carry the Clock Cars ID card.
